General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ttk99 ("we", "us", "our", "ttk99"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at ttk99.net. This Agreement is written in English and the English version shall be the governing version in all circumstances. These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on ttk99.net, including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, crash games, sports betting (including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other events), virtual games, promotional offers, and any future products added to the platform.

Age Restriction

Account Registration

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ttk99.net at any time. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts linked to the same individual may be suspended and any associated balances may be voided. The KYC process requires you to submit one or more of the following documents: a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, a utility bill dated within the last three months showing your registered address, and a recent bank statement or mobile banking statement confirming your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ttk99.net are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ttk99 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Deposits are credited to your ttk99 account instantly for mobile banking methods under normal operating conditions.
• ttk99 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• ttk99 reserves the right to request proof of deposit method at any time, including source-of-funds documentation, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• Deposited funds that are not used for gameplay for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative inactivity charge as specified in the account inactivity policy.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.
• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval during business hours (BST, UTC+6). Processing times may be longer for card-based withdrawals.
• ttk99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

Bonus Policy

ttk99 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses, cashback offers, seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall govern for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each offer. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as stated in the specific offer terms.

Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, household, device, and IP address.

User Obligations

By using ttk99.net, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. You further agree to the following obligations and prohibitions.

You Must

• Provide accurate and truthful registration information and keep it up to date.
• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, business, or professional purpose.
• Comply with all KYC and verification requests made by ttk99 in a timely manner.
• Notify ttk99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

• Accept that the outcome of all games is determined by certified random number generators or live dealer physical results, and that past outcomes have no bearing on future results.

You Must Not

• Register more than one account or allow any third party to use your account.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempt to exploit any technical error, glitch, or vulnerability in the ttk99 platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Use the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or replicate any part of the ttk99 platform or its software.
• Post, upload, or transmit any abusive, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful content via any ttk99 communication channel.

Account Closure

You may request to close your ttk99 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ttk99 will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances before closing the account, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any ongoing fraud investigation.

Closure by ttk99

ttk99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, provision of false registration information, detection of underage gambling, use of automated software or bots, multiple account registration, collusion, or any other behaviour deemed detrimental to the fair operation of the platform.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their lives may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be closed to gameplay and all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the selected period. Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. ttk99 will notify you by email before applying any inactivity administration charge. The applicable inactivity fee will not reduce your real-money balance below zero. You may reactivate an inactive account by contacting support and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ttk99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, ttk99.net or any of its services. This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made on the platform, losses arising from technical failures or service interruptions outside of ttk99's reasonable control, losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials, and any losses arising from reliance on any information published on the platform.

Platform Availability

ttk99 endeavours to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond ttk99's reasonable control including internet infrastructure failures, acts of government, or natural events. ttk99 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including but not limited to software errors, disconnections, or server failures — ttk99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any stake placed on that round to the player's account. Winnings generated from a clearly erroneous game outcome resulting from a technical malfunction may be voided. The decision of ttk99 in all malfunction matters is final.

Intellectual Property

All content on ttk99.net, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of ttk99 or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ttk99 content without express written permission. Game content is licensed from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and Microgaming and remains the property of those respective studios.

Disputes
